At SOR Skin, we aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and handled after purchase.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment is successfully confirmed. Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During promotions or high‑volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier or prepared for pickup, you will receive a confirmation message or notification where applicable.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following delivery options within Jamaica:

Knutsford Express: Orders may be shipped via Knutsford Express to your selected depot. Delivery timelines depend on Knutsford Express schedules and location.

Zipmail: Orders may also be shipped using Zipmail. Delivery times vary based on destination and Zipmail processing schedules.

Local Pickup: Customers may choose local pickup where available. Pickup details, including location and timing, will be provided after checkout or via direct communication.
Please ensure that all shipping and contact details provided at checkout are accurate to avoid delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated to you prior to dispatch, depending on the selected delivery method. Any applicable courier fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the courier and destination. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, SOR Skin is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to Knutsford Express or Zipmail, delivery timelines and tracking (if available) are managed by the courier.
Risk of Loss
Orders become the responsibility of the customer once they have been handed over to the courier or collected via pickup. Any delivery issues should be reported promptly so we may assist where possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we apply the following returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition

Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery or pickup

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Sale or promotional items (unless otherwise stated)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Include clear photos and your order details so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Where approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout (Stripe or PayPal), where applicable, or as store credit. Please allow several business days for refunds to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are generally non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by SOR Skin. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped or prepared for pickup, it cannot be cancelled.
